What you buy

Menorca travel itineraries in digital format: an online itinerary you can check and tick off during your trip and a downloadable PDF with every detail. Each itinerary’s page describes its content. They do not include transport, accommodation, tickets or activity bookings unless expressly stated.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros or pounds sterling, depending on the currency you choose, and include the applicable VAT. Payment is made on Stripe’s payment page with the methods it offers at any time. The order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment.

Delivery

When the payment is confirmed you receive an email with the link to your online itinerary and the PDF download. The access link is personal and expires for security; you can request a new one at recover access with the email you used to buy. Some payment methods take a few working days to confirm; in that case delivery happens on confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, under article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU), this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right.

Before paying we ask for that consent expressly and confirm it by email with your order. For that reason, once the itinerary has been delivered, you cannot withdraw from the purchase.

Conformity of the content

If the file does not download, is damaged or does not match what you bought, write to info@excursia.es and we will fix it by sending you a correct one or, if that is not possible, refund you, in accordance with consumer law.

Licence of use

The itinerary is for your personal use and that of the people travelling with you. Reselling, publishing or distributing it is not allowed.

Third-party information

The itineraries mention places, restaurants and third-party services. Opening hours, prices and access conditions may change: check them before you go. Services you book through affiliate links are provided and invoiced by each provider, under their own terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
