British Menorca in a day

In the 18th century Menorca was British for almost seventy years, and it shows: in the gin, in the sash windows of Maó, in the parade ground of Es Castell and in the harbour defences. A day without leaving the mouth of Maó harbour to see it all: distillery, town, the hospital island, the fortress and dinner in Cales Fonts.
